Founded by Prof. Dr. Craig Fritz, the practice sees itself as the sister of Dein Team Herzzentrum – the same values and the same warm, respectfully direct attitude. Sofia Jurgeleit (nursing lead, Utoquai site lead) leads structured diabetes and chronic-care programs, while Jesse Fontana runs a low-barrier mental health service right inside the GP practice – no referral, no months-long wait. The practice is in operation, with bookings open.
